Beginning Jewelry Classes

Have you ever been interested in creating your own one of a kind pieces of jewelry? Well, in this fun five-week beginning jewelry class, participants will learn the basics of jewelry making and design. You will learn as a group and one-on-one in a fully equipped jewelry studio located at the Brewery Artist Lofts next to Downtown LA. 

The course will cover the basic techniques of sawing, filing, drilling, soldering, rivets/cold connections, and polish/finishing. Over the course of five weeks, instruction will cover making rings, charms, pendants, and earrings led by Craftsman and Designer Greg Orloff. These one of a kind adornments that you will create will be fabicatated out of copper and brass during the first three weeks, then with sterling silver for the final project.
